Homeschool Enrichment
Gatherings, Gardening, Cooking & More
Service Description
The Family Farm offers hands-on cooking, gardening, movement and food education for homeschool students from early elementary through high school. For example, cooking classes are designed to help students build real kitchen skills while exploring nutrition, agriculture, hospitality, entrepreneurship and the many ways food can bring people together, helping to prepare students with life skills and entry-level education into the workforce. Homeschool groups can visit the farm for a single themed drop-in class, choose a custom series of lessons, or reserve a recurring weekly program. Each lesson is adapted to the ages and abilities of the students, allowing younger children to build confidence with foundational skills while older students take on more advanced cooking, leadership and career-readiness responsibilities. Whether your group is looking for a one-time enrichment experience or a consistent weekly program, The Family Farm can provides meaningful, practical learning in a welcoming farm environment. Reach out to create the curriculum your pod or family needs.
